These terms cover how you may use this website, what happens when you send us an application or inquiry, and how website content relates to our client agreements.

By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Website use
You may use this site for lawful purposes relating to hiring or seeking employment. You may not scrape, harvest, resell, or systematically extract content, submit automated or fraudulent inquiries, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation or security of the site.
Applications and submissions
Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share. Do not submit confidential information belonging to a current or former employer, or personal information about another person without their permission.
Submitting an application or inquiry does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or an obligation for us or any client to consider, interview, or hire you.
We may contact you about roles that match your stated preferences and will honour your communication choices.
Candidate fees
Bash Recruiting does not charge candidates for placement services. If anyone asks you to pay a fee in our name, do not pay it, and contact us.
Job postings
Posted roles reflect information approved for publication by our client at the time of posting and may change or close without notice. Compensation appears only where the client has approved publication. Confidential searches are not posted.
Client engagements
Recruiting services for employers are governed by a signed master services agreement and a statement of work, which set the fee basis, minimum fee, billing trigger, payment terms, guarantee, and exclusivity. Those documents prevail over any content on this site.
Intellectual property
Site content, brand marks, and materials are owned by Bash Recruiting or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Third-party links
We are not responsible for content, practices, or availability of third-party websites linked from this site.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Bash Recruiting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its content.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
