Bash Recruiting represents candidates with context and permission. We explain the company, role, compensation, process, and known risks before submitting your profile. We do not submit you to a client without role-specific consent. We do not charge candidates for placement services.

What the process looks like
- Step 1
First conversation
We explain the company, the role, the compensation range, the work model, the interview plan, and any known risks.
- Step 2
Consent
You approve submission for a named client and role. Consent has an expiry date and can be withdrawn at any time.
- Step 3
Submission
We submit a brief with your strengths, relevant evidence, availability, and constraints, using the resume version you approved.
- Step 4
Interviews
You receive the stage plan, interviewers, duration, and preparation notes, plus any accessibility support you need.
- Step 5
Decision
You get the outcome and the reason we were given, whether the answer is yes or no.
Privacy controls
Your information stays yours
We hold candidate information for recruiting purposes only, for a defined retention period, and you can act on it at any time.
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct your profile, preferences, or resume at any time.
- Withdraw consent for a specific client or role.
- Request deletion or anonymisation of your recruiting data.
